James "Jim" Corcoran - Owner-General Manager

Jim founded the AppleSox Baseball club in 2000. His interest in baseball goes back to fond childhood memories of attending Rainiers games at Sick’s Stadium in Seattle. He has been a longtime Wenatchee resident and has started several businesses over the years including two radio stations (KW3 AM & FM),  business journal newspapers in Wenatchee, Bellingham and Everett, a pub, a club music DJ service, a hydroplane racing team (7-litre limiteds) and more. Ken Osborne - Owner/Assistant General Manager

Ken has been the assistant general manager of the AppleSox since 2006. He was raised in Coulee City and attended Wenatchee Valley College. Before joining the AppleSox, he spent seven years as the superintendent of the Sun Lakes Golf Course & Resort. Prior to that, he worked at Mission Ridge. He lives in Waterville with his wife and two children.  Contact Ken at

Joel Norman - Director of Communications/Broadcasting

Joel is in his first year with the AppleSox and is a May, 2018 graduate of West Virginia University. Most recently he has served as a communications intern for the Pittsburgh Penguins Radio Network, while also holding positions as a beat writer for the Daily Athenaeum, sports reporter and baseball producer for WWVU FM in Morgantown, technical assistant for the WVU IMG Sports Network, and sports reporter for Pirates Breakdown. Norman’s previous baseball experiences include stints with the Pittsburgh Riverhounds and Butler Blue Sox. He also has served as a hockey play-by-play broadcaster at WVU each of the past two seasons.
