Wenatchee AppleSox Baseball Club

The AppleSox began their second road swing of the season last night with a 6-3 over the Klamath Falls Gems at Kiger Stadium.

The win moved the Sox to 8-2 on the season -- the best record in the West Coast League. Wenatchee has now won six of the last seven games between the two clubs and swept the series in Klamath Falls (1-9) last season.

The AppleSox will be back in action tonight at 7:05 pm for the second game of the three-game series. Listen live here.

Following the trip to Klamath Falls, the AppleSox will return home for a three-game series with the Cowlitz Black Bears beginning on Saturday, June 16.

Game tickets can be purchased in advance at www.applesox.com or at the Town Toyota Center box office. Tickets are also available for purchase on the day of the game at the Paul Thomas, Sr. Stadium ticket booth, which opens one hour before each game.
