Jim Corcoran- Owner/General Manager
Jim founded the AppleSox Baseball club in 2000. His interest in baseball goes back to fond childhood memories of attending Rainiers games at Sick’s Stadium in Seattle. He has been a longtime Wenatchee resident and has started several businesses over the years including KW3 AM in 1976 and KW3 FM in 1985. He was co-owner and founder of the Wenatchee Business Journal in 1987, the Bellingham Business Jounal in 1992, and the Everett Business Journal in 1999. Contact Jim at

Ken Osborne- Owner/Assistant General Manager
Ken has been the assistant general manager of the AppleSox since 2006. He was raised in Coulee City and attended Wenatchee Valley College. Before joining the AppleSox, he spent seven years as the superintendent of the Sun Lakes Golf Course & Resort. Prior to that, he worked at Mission Ridge. He lives in Waterville, where he serves as his son’s little league coach. He is married to Windy, and they have two children, Will and Ella. Contact Ken at

Chris King- Communications Director/Advertising
Chris is back with the AppleSox after working as the team’s radio announcer during the 2008 season. You can hear him broadcast every AppleSox game on the team’s radio home, 560 KPQ. In addition to announcing, he is the team’s communications director and works in sponsor sales. His broadcasting background includes announcing over 140 high school games for Comcast Varsity Sports in Western Washington and Spokane. He is originally from Marysville and is a Washington State University graduate. Contact Chris at

Richard Riggs- Ballpark Merchandise/Ticket Manager
Richard has been involved with the AppleSox since 2008, overseeing the operation of the ticket office and souvenir store for the team. He is retired after 38 years with JCPenney, most recently as the Store Manager in Wenatchee. He is a past president of the Wenatchee Rotary Club and currently serves on the board of directors for the Wenatchee Valley Chamber of Commerce. He is married to Mid and they have one daughter, Jamie. Contact Richard at
