(8/7/10)-The AppleSox have locked up a spot in the 2010 West Coast League Playoffs. For the third straight season the AppleSox are the WCL's East Division Champions and will have home field advantage in the Divisional Round of the playoffs. Also for the third straight season the AppleSox will face the Kelowna Falcons in the first round of the playoffs. The AppleSox have swept the Falcons to advance to the WCL Championship Series the last two seasons.

The AppleSox will have at least one more home game this season, Game 2 of the Divisional Round of the playoffs against Kelowna will be in Wenatchee on Wednesday, August 11th at 7:05 pm. Tickets for the playoff game are now available online and can purchased by clicking here.

Game one of the playoffs will be in Kelowna on Tuesday, August 10th at 7:05 pm. You can catch all the action on 560 KPQ or online on www.kpq.com. Pre-game coverage will begin fifteen minutes before first pitch. Below is the full playoff schedule.

August 10 (Tuesday) - Game #1 – Wenatchee at Kelowna. 7:05 pm.

August 14 (Saturday) - Championship Series Game #1 - at West Division Winner
August 16 (Monday)- Championship Series Game #2 - at East Division Winner
August 17 (Tuesday)- Championship Series Game #3 (if necessary) at East Division Winner
