The AppleSox are back at Paul Thomas Sr. Field for the team’s longest stretch at home of the season. The nine-game homestand began in grand fashion on Sunday night. The AppleSox won a 13-inning battle over the Walla Walla Sweets 2-1 on fireworks night in front of 1,985 fans, the second largest crowd in team history.
Wenatchee will face the Walla Walla Sweets on the 4th of July to wrap up the shortened series. First pitch on Monday is a 6:05 pm. Wenatchee will then welcome the Cowlitz Black Bears to town for a three-game series beginning Tuesday. First pitch for all three games against Cowlitz is set for 7:05 pm.
The AppleSox will host a non-league series over the weekend, facing the Portland Toros on Friday and Saturday. The homestand wraps up with the Walla Walla Sweets coming back to town for one game on Monday, July 11th and the final non-league game of the season against the Portland Baseball Club on July 13th.
Tickets can be purchased in advance for any of the games at the Town Toyota Center Box Office or online by clicking here. They can also be purchased the day of the game at the ballpark ticket booth, which opens an hour before each game.
