Jose Oglesby - Owner

Jose is a lifelong baseball fan who grew up in Colombia and the Panama Canal Zone, listening to MLB radio broadcasts from far away. After coming to the United States, he had the chance to attend hundreds of major- and minor-league games in person over the years.

He is married to Lauren Feaux, a former software engineer, current special education paraprofessional, and special education advocate. They are the parents of Jesse, a graduate of the Excel program at Georgia Tech, and Roxanne, a graduate of Harvey Mudd College. He has learned a lot from Jesse and Roxanne about following your dreams and persevering. Through Jesse, he became involved in Special Olympics as a soccer coach and volunteer.

He also has an interest in baseball statistics and their use to improve team performance. After a long career in software engineering, including 26 years at Microsoft, he is realizing a lifelong dream by operating the AppleSox franchise. His goal is to continue the team’s tradition of excellence on the field, in customer service, and in community involvement.

Allie Schank - General Manager

Allie joined the AppleSox in 2018 as Assistant General Manager and spent two seasons in that role before being promoted to General Manager in 2021. A graduate of the University of Georgia, she earned a degree in Marketing withminors in Sport Management and Consumer Economics. During her time at UGA, Allie spent three years working with the athletic department, providing tutoring and accountability services to student-athletes, and served as a special events planner for her sorority, Delta Phi Epsilon.

Beyond the ballpark, Allie is passionate about building meaningful connections and making a positive impact throughout the Wenatchee Valley. She enjoys exploring the outdoors with her dog, Colchuck, and staying involved in the community. After serving as a Lions Club member from 2019 to 2023, she joined the Wenatchee Sunrise Rotary Club in 2022, joined its board in 2024, and now serves as Club President for the July 2026–June 2027 term. She is also participating in the Chamber’s Community Leadership Wenatchee Valley program for the 2026–2027 year, continuing her commitment to professional growth and community leadership. In 2025, Allie was honored as one of the Wenatchee World’s 30 Under 35 award recipients.

Nikolas Sheehan - Director of Sales & Ballpark Operations

Nikolas graduated from Washington State University in 2017 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Management and double minors in Business Administration and Business Economics. While at WSU, he spent two seasons with the Tri-City Dust Devils’ front office, working in sales, marketing, and promotions. He also served as a Ticket Sales & Experience Manager for the Seattle Dragons during their inaugural 2020 XFL season.

Nikolas joined the AppleSox as Assistant General Manager in early 2024 and now serves as Director of Sales & Ballpark Operations. Before joining the team, he spent more than three years with Australian technology company Squiz, working in business development and account management for local government and higher education clients across the United States.

In his downtime, Nikolas enjoys riding his Peloton, going for walks, spending time with his wife, Catherine, playing with their Corgi, JoJo, and cheering on his favorite sports teams!
